Maxi-Fit is a fitness conditioning method, similar to cross-training.
Maxi-Fit mainly combines powerlifting, weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance sports.
Maxi Fit participants run, row, climb ropes, jump, move objects, practice Olympic weightlifting movements as well as bodyweight exercises, use dumbbells, gymnastic rings, boxes, kettlebells, bags, and any other objects that can serve as weights.
Maxi Fit focuses its training around ten athletic skills: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, motor skills, balance, and precision.
The Maxi Fit program aims to increase work capacity in these different areas by triggering neurological and hormonal adaptations through training across various metabolic pathways. This is done to prepare participants to adapt to any physical effort encountered daily, thanks to the variety of workouts, the use of multi-joint movements, and the high intensity of the work.
