What are the opening hours?

Our centers are accessible 24 hours a day. Reception hours, however, vary from one center to another. See branch for more information.

What type of subscription do you offer?

We offer subscriptions with commitment, without commitment, by the week or by the session.

How can I subscribe?

By clicking on the “I subscribe” tab on the home page, choose your branch, you will then be directed to our subscription system. You can then choose the subscription of your choice.

Do you offer subscriptions combining access and private training?

Is there a minimum age to subscribe?

The minimum age to be able to train freely, without the supervision of an adult is 14 years old, otherwise under adult supervision from 12 years old.
